These are the missionaries and Christian workers we support by our prayers and with our gifts.
People
These are the people who are the prime focus of our missionary support and prayer:-
- A family taking the good news about Jesus Christ to a part of West Africa where it has not yet reached.
- Jason and Andrea Murfitt with children Mikey, Lola and Lucy. Jason is the pastor of a church plant on the island of Madeira and keen to reach the city of Funchal with the Gospel.
- A married couple who are in Britain at the moment, but have a ministry encouraging eastern European Christians and helping refugees from the war.
- James and Rachel Swanson who run a busy church in northern Cyprus.
Projects
These are the projects that we support and pray for on a regular basis:-
- Caring for Life – an organisation based near Leeds who are sharing the love of Jesus with homeless and vulnerable people.
- Equipping Pastors Worldwide – A recently founded mission, the merger of Pastor Training International and Christian Books Worldwide. SWoL focus has been over many years, the development of the church in Uganda.
- We have close connections with a Christian worker who preaches and runs orphanages in northern Burma.
